I ordered a small black dress, but when the package showed up it was a red one in medium. I was disappointed because I was excited to wear it, then just kind of confused when I opened it. The dress itself looked okay, but it definitely wasn’t what I picked, so now I have to deal with returning or exchanging it.

I was disappointed with my order. I bought something from lovethelabelnyc.com thinking it was going to feel a bit nicer for the price, but it just did not. The fit was weird on me, and the material was not really what I expected.
The buying and return process was also more annoying than I thought it would be. It felt like way more hassle than it needed to be, so overall it just was not a great experience for me. Maybe other people have had better luck, but I would not order again.

I thought this was really cute when I first got it, and I liked wearing it. But after just a couple of wears, the seams started loosening, which was disappointing. I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, of course, but you’d think it would hold up a little better than that.

I don’t know, it just really wasn’t my thing. Something about it felt a bit cheap to me, and I couldn’t get past that.

I ordered a dress from Love the Label while it was on sale, and at that price, it felt like a good deal. I’m not sure I’d pay full price, but I was pleasantly surprised by the fabric and the way it fit, especially around the waist and shoulders.
Shipping was totally fine, nothing unusually fast, but it arrived in a normal amount of time. The packaging was cute too, with a nice little polished feel, but not so overdone that it felt wasteful.
I’d probably give it 4 stars because I do wish the sizing info had been a bit more specific. Even just a few extra measurements would have helped. Overall though, for what I paid, I’m happy with it and would order again if I caught another sale.

I reached out a few times with messages and didn’t hear anything back for days. At this point, I don’t trust their customer service to follow through or actually help when there’s an issue.

I found a dress I really liked and went to order it, but almost every size was already gone. A few items still showed on the site, but once I clicked in, my size either wasn’t there or it looked unavailable anyway :(

That said, it just wasn’t very comfortable for me. The fabric felt a bit stiff and started to feel scratchy after about an hour, and the fit rubbed under my arms enough that I kept fussing with it all day. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot better, so I probably wouldn’t buy again

I ordered this dress thinking it was going to be a soft beige like it showed on the site, but when it arrived it was almost yellow. Like… how is this okay? I even checked the photos again on a couple different screens just to make sure I wasn’t imagining it, and nope, it still looked completely different online. For the price, I really expected the color in the pictures to be way more accurate. I bought it for an event and now I don’t even want to wear it. Super frustrating

I returned my order and now I’m just stuck waiting around for my refund. I get that these things can take time, but it’s frustrating feeling like I’m being forced to be patient with no real update.

The package arrived in rough shape, the box was ripped, wet, and totally crushed on one side. I was also a bit confused because the email made it sound like everything was fine with the delivery, but the actual package definitely didn’t look that way.
